HOW WE COMMUNICATE

The Sales Portal will be a front line resource to keep you connected and updated. The agent Dashboard is full of up to date information, links to useful tools, and more. Make sure you review any new updates every time you pop the Dashboard open. Updates are made throughout the day.

Managers are standing by at extension 8585 to assist you with virtually anything.

We will host online meetings through the service “Go To Meeting.” This allows everyone to log into the same meeting platform. The meeting host can even share their screen if we need to show you something new! There is a virtual meeting link in the Connect section of the Agent Dashboard that will connect you through your PC. You can also connect through your mobile phone! Just download the free app “Go to Meeting.” Once you open it in the “Enter meeting ID or name” search bar at the top, just enter our company meeting room name which is “THESOLUTIONSCENTER” (tip – if the keyboard pulls up #s just click the ABC above the #s.) Please make sure to keep your phone on “mute” so everyone can hear the 1 person talking better.

WORK FROM HOME TIPS

HERE ARE SOME SOLID TIPS ON HOW TO MAXIMIZE YOUR PERFORMANCE AND MENTAL HEALTH WHEN WORKING FROM HOME (AND BEING STUCK AT HOME). – fyi you cannot click on these tips.

GET UP, TAKE A SHOWER, AND GET DRESSED LIKE YOU WOULD NORMALLY.

Sitting around in sweatpants all day may sound appealing, but trust us – you will feel better when you make the effort to stay and look fresh! Follow a consistent routine – get up, have your coffee, and get your day started.

EXERCISE AND WALK.

Exercise has been scientifically proven to fight depression.Even just 10 minutes a day will give you mood boosting endorphins. There are thousands of FREE workouts on Youtube plus a lot of online gyms are giving free classes right now. This will allow you to try different things and find something you enjoy like yoga, plyo, dance, and more.

PRAY, MEDITATE

Take time to connect with something larger than yourself. This can be through prayer, meditation, or reading. Most local churches are providing services online as well or through Facebook.

STAY OFF YOUR CELL PHONE.

Constantly checking your cell phone will hurt your productivity and can easily cause you to miss something a customer said or something said in a meeting. Constantly checking your cell phone and social media is also bad for your mental health and can increase anxiety and negative thoughts and feelings.

KEEP YOUR WORK AREA SEPARATE.

Set your work area up in the quietest area / room of your home. Tell your kids / partner that they need to respect your work time. Setting boundaries is very important so everyone understands what is expected.

*Bonus if you can be near a window! If you can’t be near a window bring a plant or some fresh greenery into the room to lift your spirits.

GO OUTSIDE EVERY DAY.

Take a walk or jog,  or even just stepping outside and breathing fresh air for a few minutes will help you maintain your sanity and not feel so “cooped” up. Just be careful to practice the recommended 6 feet of social distancing with others.
