1. Press Voicemail
2. Press “#” (voice will say please enter your extension number)
3. Type in your extension
4. The passcode is 1234#
5. Push 731 to assign your extension
HOW TO RECORD YOUR VOICE MAIL MESSAGE:
Once you receive an extension, you will want to record your own personal voicemail greeting. You should record your message as follows:
“Hello, you have reached YOUR NAME at YOUR EXT. Please leave a message with your name, phone number, and the reason for your call and I will get back to you as soon as I receive your message. If you already have an account and need immediate assistance, press the star key. Thank you”
