Post dated sales cannot be held for more than 2 weeks.
All post dated sales must undergo the full, 2 part confirmation process at the time of the original sales call. At that time instead of processing the sale, the sales agent should make a call back for themselves for the day BEFORE the customer agreed to have the order processed. On the day BEFORE the sale is to be put through you need to place a call to the customer. If they are not available use the voice mail script and process the customers order.
