Service plan speed and availability depend on the customers location. In a Satellite area, a customer ordering Hughesnet will see only the two Satellite plans (the Select and Elite) plans . Each Hughesnet service plan is designed to deliver the download/upload speeds assigned to that specific plan, however, speeds and uninterrupted use are not guaranteed and may vary based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to the number of concurrent network users. Your Hughesnet experience will vary based on your proximity to the Wi-Fi source.
2. Standard Data may be slower than other traffic during high-traffic periods.
3. Monthly Fee reflects the applied $5 savings for ACH enrollment. Enroll before the 2nd billing cycle for continued savings.
The more connected devices you have, the quicker you will consume your Priority Data. Hughesnet is not recommended as a full-time video streaming replacement for TV service or console-based gaming activities because they quickly consume your Priority Data. Multiplayer games requiring rapid response are only supported with Hughesnet Fusion plans. VPNs, where you sign into a VPN application to access your work network directly, will significantly reduce service speeds. All plans are subject to the Hughesnet Subscriber Agreement.
Residential Equipment Options
The pricing shown in the following table is before any special offers and promotions are applied. Lease eligibility and Lease offers are determined by credit check results. Equipment Note: 24-month limited equipment warranty includes 6 months free trip charge if Hughes Technical Support determines an onsite service call is required. From 6 months to the end of the 24-month warranty period, Hughes will cover the cost of the replacement equipment. Standard Installation
- 25′ of cable trenching (in soft ground – Conduit not included).1
- Up to 150′ of RG-6 cable from antenna to either PC or router.
- Antenna system grounding up to 35′.
- Connection of up to 2 devices, wired or wireless (PC, laptop, tablet, smart-phone, switch, or router.)
- Antenna Mount Options (as determined by the installer): Outside wall mount or roof mount, non-penetrating roof mount, or 7′ in-ground pole mount.

1. Sometimes, getting the dish in the correct position requires the installation of a pole mount. If a pole mount is required or requested, the customer will be billed a $50 pole mount fee on the next Hughesnet invoice. Pole mount installations include up to 25 feet of soft ground cable trenching.

Connect America Fund (CAF) Service Plans
Exclusive Hughesnet service plans are available for New York residents at qualified addresses beyond the reach of cable or fiber options. These offers are supported through a grant awarded to Hughes by the Connect America Fund. No credit check required. Eligible retailers can sell these exclusive service plans to qualified residents only. To qualify the customer, enter their address in POW. If the customer qualifies for CAF, only those service plans will be available for the customer to choose. Video bundle discount and retailer rebate are not applicable. Equipment (antenna and Wi-Fi modem with Built-in Wi-Fi) and standard installation are free. Plans have No Hard Data Limits, that is, if customers exceed their plan data, they will stay connected.
