11. Your plan gives you a total of XXX gigabytes per month of data, just like a cell phone plans gives you a certain number of minutes. You can always change your package or buy additional bonus bytes if you are coming close to your limit. Of those XXX gigabytes XXX can be used at any time and the other XXX are for use from 2am-8am.

12. There will be a 24 month agreement with Hughes. Please keep in mind that if you cancel before your contract is up you will be subject to early termination fees.

13. If you cancel service before the agreement is up there will be a service termination fee of up to $400. If you ever end service with Hughes be sure to return your equipment within 21 days to avoid a $300 un-returned equipment fee.

14. Hughesnet requires a clear view of the southern sky and usage is subject to the Fair Access Policy. Speeds and uninterrupted use are not guaranteed. Strategy and turn based games will work with your Hughes service, but the majority of real time, multilayer games that are played online on Xbox live and Playstation will not work over any satellite Internet service. You can still play the games on your gaming console, you just cant use the online playing feature.

15. Also if you rent please be sure to have written permission from your landlord to have a satellite dish installed.
