These reviews are triggered when the credit check reveals an applicants personal information does not match info on file a the credit bureau exactly. They can also occur when:
- Security Freezes/ Credit blocks
- Old balances not paid off/written-off
- Past due balances on existing account with AT&T companies, including DIRECTV.
TO CLEAR UP AN ANALYST REVIEW
Call the number that pops up on the screen. You do NOT need to have the customer on the line as long as you have the last 4 of their social security number.
You should ask the AT&T agent for their UID as well. This may help them fix the call faster as there is a tracer back to their handling it.
Customers need to give us the mobile number(s) they want to port as well as the account & pin number for the carrier (Verizon, Sprint, etc…) For instances where customers do not have that information here are some steps you can take to get it and speed the process up.

SPRINT:
If they have the new Sprint app they can log into account settings and have the PIN sent to the primary line on the account instead of having to call in. The account number shows on the PDF version of the bill through the app. Their service must be active to use this – ie it cannot be in the disconnect status.
