Step 1: Verification

• CX needs to go through this form to get eligibility for discount
  • Affordable Connectivity Program Application – National Verifier – nv_pii_address (getinternet.gov)
  • It asks for address, contact info (email is needed to apply)
  • Instruct cx to go to getinternet.gov, then click apply. Tell them to enter address info and email in proper boxes

 

Step 2: Sale

• Go to Leapfrog
  • https://www.cableauthorizeddealer.com/?dealer_location_code=13135
• Click dealer ID and make sure 13135 is entered.
• Go through order entry.

 

Step 3: Optimum Credit

• Go to optimum
  • https://solix.my.site.com/AlticeBroadbandACP/s/?language=en_US
• Click yes I am approved
• Click whichever program the cx got (internet or mobile), then click next
• Go through the prompts with customer
