So, if you ever want to power off the device, you can press that reset button on the side of the deice, just keep in mind that if you do press that reset button you will have to hold the red sos button for 5 seconds to power it back on. Now, we recommend always keeping your device active and on at all times, even when you take a shower. We recommend placing the charger by your bed and charging your device before you go to sleep every night. Now, the most important feature – the SOS button, in case of an emergency, Press the SOS button for 3 seconds and it will trigger an emergency call which will connect you to an operator. From there, the operator will send you whatever help you may need. If you accidentally press the sos buton, you can hit it again to stop the call.
Finally, the green voice key button.. Any time you connect to an operator, you can pres that button to talk to them. You can also press it twice to hear the time.
